I am a Registered and Accredited Member of the BACP*(British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) with over 20 years experience. I practise in Maidstone, Kent and serve all the surrounding areas. I have been accredited with the BACP since 2008.
Counselling can be a journey of great discovery.
Counselling is individual, private and confidential and provides space and time to explore and identify thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Counselling provides an opportunity to better understand ourselves and to make better sense of who we are. It can provide support through difficult times and encourage new ways of looking at challenges that face us.
My approach is integrative using different theoretical models within the humanistic framework to meet the needs of the client. These include CBT, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt and Person-Centred.
I work with adults, couples, older adults and young people over the age of 16. I can provide either long term or short term counselling.
I hope these few pages will provide you with more information. Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any enquiry you may have.
